To get you in the blue spirit, start your day off with this blueberry oatmeal smoothie recipe. It will give you that long lasting energy to keep you rooting for the team day to night.

Blueberry Oatmeal Smoothie
Serves 1
Equipment needed: high-speed blender
Write a review
  1. 1 cup blueberries
  2. 1 cup almond milk (or nut milk of your choice)
  3. 1/4 cup rolled oats
  4. 1/2 banana
  5. 1/2 cup ice cubes
  6. 1 tbsp cashew butter
  7. 1 tbsp raw honey (or natural sweetener of your choice)
  8. 2 tsp flax seed oil
  1. To make the smoothie, add all ingredients in your blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
