Cherry Smoothie Bowl
What better way to begin your day than with this vibrant, nourishing, cherry smoothie bowl! It’s packed with fiber, healthy fats, antioxidants, and a sweet drizzle of chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 1 cup frozen cherries
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 inch piece ginger
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup ice
- Rawcology Apple Cinnamon Granola Snack Bites
- 2 tbsp toasted coconut
- I tbsp melted dark chocolate
- Fresh currants or cherries if you can find
Method

Place the contents of coconut cream in the blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.

Keep one cup of coconut cream in the blender and seaside remainder for another use.

Add cherries, protein powder, chia seeds, ginger, banana and ice and blend to combine. Texture should be thick and smooth.

Melt chocolate in a small bowl.

Top smoothie with crumbled Apple Cinnamon Granola Snack Bites, melted chocolate, coconut chips and fresh fruit.
