Pina Colada Smoothie Bowl

There is more to pineapple than its deliciously sweet taste. Pineapple provides plenty of nutrients including vitamin C, fiber, B vitamins, and minerals including copper, potassium, and magnesium, all which your body needs for proper function. Pineapple contains a super enzyme called bromelain that aids in digestion and reduced inflammation. It is packed with disease fighting compounds that flight free radicals in the body. This smoothie bowl makes a great way to incorporate pineapple and all its amazing health benefits into your diet.Â
Ingredients
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 chunk ginger
- 3 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp hemp seeds
- 1 packet Shot of Gold
- 1 scoop protein powderÂ
- 2 frozen bananas
- 4 cups frozen pineapple
- Rawcology Blueberry granola
 Method

Place everything (except granola) into a high speed blender and blend on high until you achieve a nice cream consistency.  Be patient and use tamper if you have.  Add a tiny bit more coconut milk if mixture is too thick for your blender.

Top with LOTS of Rawcology Blueberry Grain Free Granola, cashew butter or tahini. Sprinkle with coconut and more pineapple. Enjoy immediately!ÂÂ
