Exchanges and Refunds, Quantity Limits and Sale Restrictions
If any of our products do not meet your expectations, please email us at info@rawcology.com. We will be happy to either replace your purchase or issue you a complete refund. Please note that returns or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of their delivery date. Please note that refunds will only be issued to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.
Rawcology reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will provide notification to the customer should such limits be applied.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. Your account may also be restricted or terminated for any reason, at our sole discretion. Rawcology also reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms and Conditions, reselling shall be defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Rawcology for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) with a third party. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
