Blueberry Swirl Freezer Bark

This Blueberry Swirl Freezer Bark is the ultimate warm-weather treat, a creamy layer of yogurt swirled with homemade blueberry jam, topped with fresh berries, and finished with a generous sprinkle of Rawcology Blueberry Grain-Free Granola. Pop it in the freezer, break it into pieces, and you’ve got a delicious, antioxidant-packed snack that’s as pretty as it is satisfying.
Ingredients:

1 cup yogurt of choice (vanilla works beautifully, can use a higher protein here as well)

2–3 tablespoons blueberry jam*

Fresh blueberries

*To make blueberry jam: Combine 1 cup frozen blueberries and 1 teaspoon honey in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, simmer until thickened, and cool completely.
Method:

Line a baking sheet or serving board with parchment paper. Spread the yogurt into a thin, even layer.

Dollop blueberry jam across the surface and swirl it into the yogurt with the tip of a spoon to create a marbled effect.
