Lemon Blueberry Smoothie

We all know that the best summer flavor combo is lemon & blueberry!

Try our decedent Lemon Blueberry Smoothie with zesty lemon flavor and antioxidant ripe blueberries. This easy, protein-packed, blueberry smoothie makes for the perfect nutrient-packed breakfast to keep you full and energized all morning. Blend, sip, and enjoy all summer long!

We love blueberry season and all the benefits these little berries bring. These small fruits pack a powerful antioxidant punch, boosts immunity, helps to regulate blood sugar, and supports digestion.

 Ingredients
  • 1 cup coconut milk 
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries 
  • 1 cup strawberries 
  • 1 scoop protein powder 
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 tsp hemp seeds
  • Rawcology Blueberry Grain-Free Granola
Method
  1. Add coconut milk, berries, frozen banana, lemon, protein powder and ice to a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. 
  2. Pour into a glass and top with Blueberry Granola and hemp seeds.

 

Blueberry Watermelon Popsicles

Satisfying and delicious these crowd pleasers pack a nutrition punch with hydrating watermelon and antioxidant powerhouse blueberries. 💪

 

Watermelon is the perfect sweet treat that is nutritious and tasty. This large round fruit boasts numerous nutrients, including vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B6, magnesium, potassium, and antioxidants. As its name states, watermelons high water content helps keep you hydrated while supporting your overall health.

Tips: Searching for the perfect watermelon?
When picking out the perfect watermelon, you want to find the melon that is heavy for its size. This usually means it will be sweeter and will have more water content. Look for a yellow field spot. The darker yellow spot indicates that it was on the vine longer and is full of flavor and sweetness ensuring a perfect melon for those sunny days.

 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups watermelon, chopped
  • ¾ cup full fat coconut milk
  • Juice from a lime
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup blueberries

    Yogurt Glaze

      Method

      • Blend together all ingredients.
      • Pour into moulds and place in the freezer and wait for 15 minutes. Remove and place the popsicle stick in the middle of the popsicle. Let set in freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
      • When ready to eat, gently remove from mold.
      • Place yogurt and syrup in a bowl and mix.
      • Dip each popsicle in yogurt glaze and sprinkle with Blueberry with Acai Granola on top.
      • Place back on the freezer to set for 15 minutes and enjoy!

      Blueberry Smoothie Bowl

       

      It’s Blueberry Season and we’re drooling over this Blueberry Smoothie Bowl. You can almost taste the blueberries just by looking at it.

      A super healthy, vegan, gluten-free, high protein, blood sugar balancing smoothie bowl. With only 6 simple ingredients, this easy recipe is perfect for breakfast, or a mid-day pick me up.

      Stabilized blood sugar levels are important and one of the main pillars of vital health. They play a significant role in your energy, balanced hormones, and overall wellbeing. The combination of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins in this smoothie help to regulate blood sugar levels helping you to feel your very best.


       Ingredients 

      • 1 cup coconut milk
      • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
      • 2 frozen banana
      • 2 tbsp chia seeds
      • 3/4 cup blueberries
      • 1 scoop protein powder

      Method

      1. Add everything into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.  
      2. Top with cashew butter, pumpkin seeds , fresh blueberries and tons of Rawcology Blueberry Granola. 

      Blueberry Granola Bars

      A blueberry bliss in every bite! Try our homemade Blueberry Granola Bars, packed with juicy blueberries and loaded with skin-loving antioxidants, these bars are your secret weapon for that radiant glow. A delicious gluten-free, plant-based, treat that nourishes from the inside out! 

      Infused with our Blueberry with Açai Grain-Free Granola for all the skin loving benefits. 

      Ingredients
      • 1 1/2 cups oats
      • 1 cup Rawcology Blueberry Granola
      • 1 tbsp psyllium husk powder
      • 3/4 cup dried blueberries 
      • 1/4 cup +1 tbsp  runny honey
      • 1/2 tsp salt
      • 5 tbsp olive oil
      • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
      • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
      • 2 tbsp chia seeds
      • 1 tsp vanilla
      Glaze
      • 1/4 cup coconut butter
      • 2-3 tbsp non-dairy milk
      • 1 tsp maple syrup or runny honey
      Method
      1. Preheat oven 325 convection.   Place parchment down into an 8x8 baking tin.  
      2. Place oats and granola in a food processor and pulse to combine until texture resembles coarse sand.  
      3. Add remaining ingredients (not blueberries) and pulse until ingredients hold together when pinched.  
      4. Finally add in dried blueberries and pulse 1-3 times until mixed in.
      5. Spread mixture into tin.  Press down firmly with spatula or a flat-bottomed surface.  
      6. Bake for 35 minutes or until the top is a golden brown
      7. Let the bars cool completely before cutting into rectangles. ENJOY!
