Ingredients
- ¾ cup dairy free milk
- ½ cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 tbsp almond butter or other nut/seed butter
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- ½ tbsp tbsp pure vanilla extract
- Optional: 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or other natural sweetener to achieve desired taste
