For #NationalKetoDay, here is a sweet smoothie recipe that is a really nutritious treat with frozen cauliflower, chia and hemp with checks all the boxes with the healthy fats, fibre and protein! 💫

Great for the post fitness workout, or as a fuel up breakfast for a long day of zoom call, this keto smoothie has your back! 

 

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup dairy free milk
  • ½ cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tbsp almond butter or other nut/seed butter
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • ½ tbsp tbsp pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1 tbsp monk fruit sweetener or other natural sweetener to achieve desired taste

 

Method
