Chocolate Mint Overnight Oats

If you want a breakfast that tastes like a dessert, I recommend making this mint chocolate overnight oats. A creamy dark chocolate flavour with just the right amount of mint to kickstart your day.


  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 cup cashew milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup Rawcology Mint Chocolate Granola
  • 2 tbsp kefir
  • 1 tbsp melted chocolate 
  1. In a small bowl mix oats, chia seeds, cacao nibs and powder. Add milk, vanilla and maple syrup and stir to combine. Set aside.
  2. Add granola to a small jar. Pour oat mixture on top, seal with a lid and place in the fridge overnight. 
  3. When you’re ready to eat, top with kefir, more granola and a drizzle of melted chocolate!!
