Chocolate Mint Overnight Oats
If you want a breakfast that tastes like a dessert, I recommend making this mint chocolate overnight oats. A creamy dark chocolate flavour with just the right amount of mint to kickstart your day.
- 1/2 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup Rawcology Mint Chocolate Granola
- 2 tbsp kefir
- 1 tbsp melted chocolate
In a small bowl mix oats, chia seeds, cacao nibs and powder. Add milk, vanilla and maple syrup and stir to combine. Set aside.
Add granola to a small jar. Pour oat mixture on top, seal with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
When you’re ready to eat, top with kefir, more granola and a drizzle of melted chocolate!!
