Ingredients
- 2 cups soy milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1 tsp maple syrup or honey
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup coconut yogurt
- 1/2 cup Rawcology Matcha Grain Free Granola.
Method

Place chia seeds, milk, vanilla, sweetener and salt into a large glass measuring cup and whisk for 2 minutes to combine.

Cover and place in the fridge to gel.

Once pudding is ready, transfer it to a jar or glass, layer with your favourite yogurt and Rawcology Matcha Grain Free Granola.
