Mint Chocolate Smoothie Bowl

This smoothie is packed with vegetables, fibre, and healthy fats, leaving you feeling minty fresh.   

Mint can do more than add freshness to your food or freshen your breath. It helps to support the digestive system by stimulating digestive enzymes. The combination of ginger and mint in this delicious smoothie can help soothe the stomach from indigestion or inflammation.
   
Ingredients
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 fistfuls spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 chunk fresh ginger
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1/4 avocado¬†
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup Rawcology Mint Chocolate Granola
 Method
  1. Pull fresh mint leaves off of hard stem and place in high-speed blender.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  3. Transfer into bowls.  
  4. Garnish the smoothie with Granola, cacao nibs, dried coconut and a sprig of fresh mint.
