Warm up on a crisp fall day with a cozy bowl of pumpkin spice oatmeal. Give your oats an upgrade by adding in sweet maple syrup, warming pumpkin spice, protein packed hemp seeds, and Rawcology’s gut loving oat clusters.

Oatmeal doesn’t have to be a boring breakfast. Oats are boosting with nutrients and versatility. By adding a variety of fruits, nuts, and seeds, the nutrient value of oatmeal increases supporting overall nutrition and wellbeing.
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 cup cashew milk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup Rawcology Apple Oat Clusters
  • Pomegranate 
  • Hemp seeds
  • Nut butter
  1. Place oats, water, spices ad salt into a small pot and stir well.  
  2. Bring to a boil and then reduce to a simmer for 5 minutes.  
  3. Add maple syrup and milk and cook for 1 more minute.
  4. While oats are cooking place Apple Oat Clusters on a cutting board and chop into small bite sized pieces.
  5. Transfer hot oats into 2 bowls and garnish with all your toppings.
