- 1 cup cashews soaked overnight
- 1/4 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch salt
- Vegan whipped cream
- 1 cup Rawcology Apple Cinnamon Snack Bites
