Pumpkin Spice Chia Pudding Oats Parfait
We love leaning into all of the Fall flavours this time of year. Adding all of the cinnamon, warm apples, and pumpkin spice for our meals to get extra cozy when the weather starts to get crisp.

Pumpkin spice and everything nice. This chia parfait is a great choice for hormone balance, plant-protein, daily dose of fiber, and boosting the body’s metabolism.
Ingredients Pumpkin Chia Pudding- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1/2 tsp Blume Pumpkin Spice Blend
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup oats
- 3/4 cup cashew milk
- 1/2 tsp Blume Pumpkin Spice Blend
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp maple syrup
- 1 apple cubed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 handfuls Rawcology Apple Cinnamon Oat Clusters with Probiotics
- Cinnamon sticks (optional)
- Add all the pumpkin chia pudding ingredients into a jar, seal tightly with a lid. Shake vigorously until well combined. Place in fridge overnight.
- Add all the vanilla chia pudding ingredients into a jar, seal tightly with a lid. Shake vigorously until well combined. Place in fridge overnight.
- Add all the overnight oat ingredients into a jar, seal tightly with a lid. Shake vigorously until well combined. Place in fridge overnight.
- Add cubed apple pieces into a small bowl, add the cinnamon and stir to coat.
- Layer pumpkin chia, vanilla chia and overnight oats then top with cubed spiced apples and Rawcology Apple Cinnamon Oat Clusters. Enjoy immediately!
