Raspberry Beet Smoothie Bowl
Getting into the love filled mood with this pretty as can be red and pink raspberry smoothie bowl. We pumped it up with some beet and chaga powder, harnessing the king of mushrooms.
We love a smoothie bowl as a way to include many wellness boosters into a routine we are already doing each morning.

✨ Beet Powder
✨ Chaga, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Ashwagandha
✨ Hemp Hearts
✨ Chia Seeds
This low sugar, gluten free vegan bowl recipe can be found here:
✨2 frozen bananas
✨3/4 cup frozen raspberries
✨1/2 coconut yogurt
✨1 tsp chaga powder
✨2 tsp beet powder
✨1/2 cup steamed & frozen cauliflower
✨1 cup ice
✨1 cup plant based milk
1. In a high-speed blender add water and all smoothie ingredients adding ice at the end.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Top with Rawcology Chocolate Grain Free Granola, frozen blackberries and hemp seeds. Enjoy!
