Smores Tahini Pops
No campfire needed for this sweet summer treat!
These Tahini Smores Pops are dairy-free, gluten-free, and the perfect healthy frozen snack that everyone can enjoy.
We snuck in some mineral rich tahini for an extra creamy texture. Tahini is full of healthy fats, vitamins/minerals, and boasting with benefits from a boosted immune system to glowing skin.
Ingredients
- 1 can full fat coconut milk refrigerated overnight
- 1/2 cup raw cashews soaked overnight
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 cup crumbled graham crackers
- 1/2 cup vegan marshmallows
- 1/2 cup Rawcology Chocolate Granola crumbled
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate discs melted
Method
- Place the coconut milk, cashews, vanilla, tahini, maple syrup and salt in a high speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Place the silicone popsicle moulds on a baking sheet. Carefully pour popsicle mixture into moulds.
- Add the marshmallow, graham crackers and crumbled Rawcology Chocolate Granola onto the pops.
- Transfer to the freezer. Once frozen gently remove from the silicone mould and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate and crumble more granola on top. Freeze again for 10 minutes. ENJOY!
