Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plant based milk
- 1 inch piece raw ginger
- 1 cup sweet potato, steamed and cubed
- 2 frozen banana chunks
- 1 tbsp maca
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- Coconut yogurt
- Rawcology Banana Grain Free Granola
- Sliced banana
Method
- Add milk, sweet potato, ginger, maca, banana, protein powder, cinnamon and ice into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy tampering if needed.
- Build your parfait! Start with Banana Granola, add sweet potato smoothie, yogurt, smoothie and top with more granola and sliced banana. Enjoy!
