Watermelon Blueberry Pops

🍉 Watermelon popsicles with a creamy yogurt dip for the Weekend Win. 🏆
Satisfying and delicious these crowd pleasers pack a nutrition punch with hydrating watermelon and antioxidant powerhouse blueberries. 💪
Ingredients
- 3 cups watermelon, chopped
- ¾ cup full fat coconut milk
- Juice from a lime
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup dairy free yogurt
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ cup Rawcology Blueberry with Acai Grain Free Granola, crumbled
Method
- Blend together all ingredients.
- Pour into moulds and place in the freezer and wait for 15 minutes. Remove and place the popsicle stick in the middle of the popsicle. Let set in freezer for 6 hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat, gently remove from mold.
- Place yogurt and syrup in a bowl and mix.
- Dip each popsicle in yogurt glaze and sprinkle with Blueberry with Acai Granola on top.
- Place back on the freezer to set for 15 minutes and enjoy!
