Start the week off right with a super packed Banana Smoothie Bowl! 🍌⁠

We love this breakfast (or dessert!) that calms the mind and fuels us for a great week again. It's loaded with mood balancing ashwagandha powder and topped with a coconut nut butter drizzle. ⁠

⁠Ingredients⁠
✨ 2 frozen bananas ⁠
✨ 1/2 cup plant based milk⁠
✨ 1/2 cup Rawcology Chocolate Grain Free Granola (plus more to garnish)⁠
✨ 1 tsp maca⁠
✨ 1 tbsp ashwagandha powder⁠
✨ 1 cup ice⁠
✨ 1 tbsp chia seeds⁠
✨ 1 scoop plant based protein powder⁠
✨ 2 tbsp peanut butter, sub seed butter for nut free⁠
✨ 1/2 tsp melted virgin coconut oil⁠
✨ 2 tbsp hemp hearts to top⁠

Method⁠
1. Place liquid in blender and top with remaining ingredients up to the ice. Blend until smooth. ⁠
2. In a small saucepan, melt coconut oil, add peanut butter. Stir until a smooth consistency. ⁠
3. Scoop smoothie into bowls. ⁠
4. Top with banana, granola, hemp hearts and a drizzle of melted coconut oil butter. Here's to a great week ahead! ⭐
