Creamsicle Smoothie Bowl
We can’t think of a better way to celebrate a hot summer day than with creamsicles.
This smoothie bowl brings a healthy twist on the nostalgic summer treat. It contains no added sugar, but so much sweetness. It’s thick, creamy, full of fiber, antioxidants, and collagen boosting benefits. 🍊
- 2 frozen banans in chunks
- 1 cup frozen mango
- 2 clementines
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1 cup ice
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup Rawcology Lemon Ginger Granola
- Place water protein powder, mango, clementines, chia seeds, bananas and ice into the blender and blend on high until you reach a smooth creamy consistency. Be patient and use your tamper if you have one.
- Top the smoothie/nice cream with lemon ginger granola, banana and clementine slices.
