Immune Boosting Ginger Turmeric Tonic
Do your part to keep your immune system boosted with this Ginger Turmeric Tonic recipe. A spicy antioxidant and anti-inflammatory blend of ginger, lemon, turmeric powder, raw ginger and our Lemon Ginger Granola.
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 frozen bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 knob ginger
- 3 tbsp turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup ice
- 1 handful Rawcology Lemon Ginger Granola
- Place everything but granola into high speed blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Top with Lemon Ginger Granola, enjoy and feel your immune system get boosted!
