½ cup frozen mango or fresh
1 frozen banana
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tbsp plant protein of choice
Juice of 1 lemon
- Hemp hearts

- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth.
