  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp matcha powder
  • 2-3 tbsp recently boiled water Cinnamon to taste

  2. Add matcha and hot water into a small bowl and whisk with a bamboo matcha whisk.
  3. Pour matcha into a heated mug and top with hot frothed milk.
  4. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
