Matcha Latte Overnight Oats

Matcha is one of the richest antioxidant superfoods in the world. Combined here with creamy overnight oats for an indulgent and powerful nourishing bowl! You’re going to love it a latte! 🍵


  • 1 1/2 cups milk of choice 
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp yogurt of choice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 cup gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup Rawcology Matcha Latte Granola
  • Fresh fruit
  1. Pour milk into a container with a lid.  
  2. Add vanilla, yogurt, maple syrup and matcha and whisk to combine.  
  3. Add chia seeds ginger and oats and whisk again.  
  4. Cover with a lid and place in the fridge overnight.
  5. When ready to serve add Rawcology Matcha Latte Granola, blueberries, red currants and banana.
