Why do we love matcha? Matcha has one of the highest antioxidant ratings of all major superfoods. According to the ORAC (Oxygen Radical Absorption Capacity) test, which measures the antioxidant levels in foods, Matcha measures 1384 units per gram; that's 13x the antioxidants of pomegranates, 15x the antioxidants of blueberries and 125x that of spinach. The combination of caffeine with l-theanine in Matcha also provides a stable and extended boost of energy without the anxious jitters or side effects that you may have experienced with coffee 🍵🍃

Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- ¼ avocado
- ¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
- 1tsp matcha
- ½ frozen banana
- Big handful of spinach
- Optional: ice, if needed
- Rawcology Matcha Latte Superfood Coconut Chips
- Banana slices
- Blueberries
- Hemp seeds
Method
- Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender, pour into a bowl and top with our Matcha Latte Coconut Chips, banana slices, blueberries and hemp seeds. Enjoy! ✨
