Ingredients

  • 1 cup filtered water
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • ¼ avocado
  • ¼ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
  • 1tsp matcha
  • ½ frozen banana
  • Big handful of spinach
  • Optional: ice, if needed
