This really easy creamy Pear Cucumber Smoothie is what we are shopping for as we plan out our meals for the week ahead. It’s a great quick breakfast and can be powered up with a scoop of nut or seed butter or plant-based protein powder of choice. The hit of fresh ginger is a natural immune booster that also brings a spicy surprise to this smoothie. 💚



  • 1 cup filtered water
  • ¼ avocado
  • Handful spinach
  • 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
  • ¾ cup cucumber, chopped
  • ¾ cup pear, chopped
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • ½ frozen banana (makes it super creamy and delicious!)
  • 1 cup ice
  • Sprinkle of fresh or ground cinnamon

  1. Place everything up to ice into a high speed blender and blend until creamy.
