Pear Cucumber Smoothie
This really easy creamy Pear Cucumber Smoothie is what we are shopping for as we plan out our meals for the week ahead. It’s a great quick breakfast and can be powered up with a scoop of nut or seed butter or plant-based protein powder of choice. The hit of fresh ginger is a natural immune booster that also brings a spicy surprise to this smoothie. 💚
Ingredients
- 1 cup filtered water
- ¼ avocado
- Handful spinach
- 1 inch piece of fresh ginger, peeled
- ¾ cup cucumber, chopped
- ¾ cup pear, chopped
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- ½ frozen banana (makes it super creamy and delicious!)
- 1 cup ice
- Sprinkle of fresh or ground cinnamon
- Rawcology Banana with Maca Raw Crunch Granola
Method
- Place everything up to ice into a high speed blender and blend until creamy.
- Top with Rawcology Banana Raw Crunch Granola, chia seeds, chopped pear and cinnamon. Enjoy! 👌
