Ingredients

  • ¾ cup blueberries
  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ½ cup steamed then frozen cauliflower (easier to digest)
  • ¼ cup coconut yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp seed or nut butter
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • ¼ - ½ cup dairy free milk (or more depending on how thick you want the bowl to be)
  • Toppings: Rawcology Blueberry with Acai Raw Crunch Granola, hemp hearts, blueberries + blackberries

Method

  1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Pour into a bowl and top with your desired toppings. Enjoy! 💫
