The Super Boost Smoothie Bowl⁠

This smoothie is packed with all the vegetable and protein goodies to keep you satiated.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup water⁠
  • 1/4 avocado⁠
  • 1/4 cup blueberries⁠
  • 3 kale leaves, spine removed⁠
  • 1/2 persimmon, ripe⁠
  • 1/2 cup cantaloupe, chopped⁠
  • 1 inch peeled ginger⁠
  • 1/4” piece fresh turmeric⁠
  • 1 tsp maca powder⁠
  • 1 scoop protein powder⁠
  • 1/4 cup broccoli sprouts ⁠
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (loosely packed)⁠
  • 1/2 cup ice⁠
  • 1 scoop protein p⁠owder
  • Handful Lemon Ginger Grain Free Granola⁠
Method⁠
  1. Add everything but granola into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour into bowls and top with Lemon Ginger Granola and fruit.
