The Super Boost Smoothie Bowl
This smoothie is packed with all the vegetable and protein goodies to keep you satiated.
Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 avocado
- 1/4 cup blueberries
- 3 kale leaves, spine removed
- 1/2 persimmon, ripe
- 1/2 cup cantaloupe, chopped
- 1 inch peeled ginger
- 1/4” piece fresh turmeric
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 1/4 cup broccoli sprouts
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves (loosely packed)
- 1/2 cup ice
- 1 scoop protein powder
- Handful Lemon Ginger Grain Free Granola
- Add everything but granola into a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy.
- Pour into bowls and top with Lemon Ginger Granola and fruit.
