Tiramisu Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp instant coffee (optional but really gives it that tiramisu flavour)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 4 pieces Rawcology Chocolate Snack bites chopped into small pieces.
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch salt
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • Top Layer
  • 1/2 cup vegan yogurt 
  • Dusting cacao and cinnamon
  1. Prepare the oats by adding everything into a jar or a bowl fitted with a lid.
  2. Shake the jar or stir in the bowl and cover overnight.
  3. When you are ready to eat, scoop 1/2 the oats into a fresh glass container, layer with yogurt, add more oats and finish with yogurt.
  4. Dust with cacao, more Chocolate Snack Bites and cinnamon!
